I would go back to earlier today, around 2 pm, slap past Pablo in the face and say that if he ended up doing 0 words on his essay today he would stay up 3 hours after going to bed, solely due to regretting not doing any work today. If he'd say it will probably be due to being ill, I'd slap him again and say that he shouldn't have gone out on Friday. But then we would both agree that it was probably worth it anyway.
